We can hold popular items for up to 24 hours with a confirmed payment intent via Messenger. For high-demand products like GPUs, a partial deposit may be required to secure your item.
We accept bank transfer, GCash/PayMaya (or your local e-wallet equivalent), cash on pick-up, and Facebook Pay where available. Payment details are shared via Messenger during the order process.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer both local pick-up and courier/delivery options. Shipping fees depend on your location and the size of the order. We'll quote you the exact shipping cost when you message us.
Local orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times after dispatch are 2–5 business days depending on your location. We'll send you a tracking number once your order ships.
Absolutely. Local pick-up is free and available during our business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm). Our pick-up address will be confirmed via Messenger once your order is placed and payment is received.
Returns & Warranty
We accept returns for dead-on-arrival (DOA) items within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and condition. Change-of-mind returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis — message us and we'll do our best to help.
